Kind, takes the time to explain

Dr. Magrini is great, listen to you, offers great advise, and treatment, but the office staff and phone communication by them is horrible. I recently had my pharmacy, myself, and my insurance company call and leave 13 messages, about a refill that not one was returned, I had to go to the office in order to get it resolved and even then they did not want to help and were rude about it. Also it is my understanding thru word of mouth that they have moved and I have not received any notification, and I have a up coming appt. that I don't know where to go to. Staff should all be fired!!! I tried calling there to day I was told my call would be answered in 20 minutes, unbelievable terrible, terrible service.

She put my mind at ease regarding my symptoms

Dr. Magrini is absolutly amazing. Very professional and has the best personality/ and patients (with my kids)! My entire family adores Doctor Magrini!

Dr. Magrini is great, but I haven't seen her in over a year because she never has any open appointments. The office staff on the other hand are terrible! Always long delays over the phone, they seem to be clueless/unorganized whenever I check-in and when you leave a voice message, THEY NEVER CALL BACK. I'm looking for a new doctor with less problems.

Dr Magrini is fine it’s her office staff & answering Dept that suck! Call for app or other and several times on hold for over 20 min. Leave a message & never a call back. Office staff disorganized & incompetent.

Dr. Magrini is absolutely phenomenal! I would recommend her to everyone and anyone! she listens to what you have to say and really takes into consideration your situation. If my insurance didn't change, i wouldn't be looking for another doctor. still considering paying the fee just to see her! Absolutely amazing doctor!

Dr Magrini is the best of the best! She is a brilliant, thorough, and amazing Doctor. She takes time with her patients to listen to their concerns and treats everyone as if she would treat her own family or friends. She is not only a brilliant Doctor but also has the best bedside manner ever! She sees my entire family, including my mom and my kids. There's nobody better!

I'm on hands and knees for Amanda. Everytime my mom and dad are sick she sees them and take care of them. She cares for her patients. She has helped me out online when my folks are sick or if have any questions she would alway be there to respond back if I had worries. She works overtime and the most important thing she does care for her patients. If matters are urgent. She is there to care for them. She is not your typical take 2 of these and call me in the morning doctors all hand up 4 Dr m!
