I had a miscarriage, which may have been prevented had you taken my call seriously when I told you I was high risk and needed to be seen ASAP and you looped around and refused to see me before 8 weeks. If I had a provider with such poor patient care as this with my daughter, she wouldn’t be here as I had the same issues with her at 6 weeks and had to start progesterone. My husband is a healthcare CEO in Alexandria and I’m an RN, we are not fools to healthcare and will definitely NOT be recommending you to anyone!

Dr. Ingalls is great so far but the staff seems very unprofessional and VERY unfriendly. They do not greet you or make you feel welcome at all. I feel like the ladies at the front desk or any of them have an attitude for no reason. They are like that in person and on the phone when I call. It irritates me every time I go in there.

Let me start off by saying that Dr Ingalls , as a physician, was great. But, and I mean a big but, the way I was treated after two missed appts by the office not me is very unprofessional. my yearly had been scheduled latter part of October 2019. 30 minutes prior to appt, staff called to let me know that she had been called to surgery which I totally understood-no problem. I also see patients all day . I asked if I could be scheduled the wed before Thanksgiving- I was put at 2:15 that day. I arrived for that appt to be told that she had taken off that week. Ok I thought - a little irritated no one called me. Called office that next week to see if I could be put at next holiday-MLK Day In January so I won't have to move patients again. they said they'd see. Receptionist asked Dr Ingalls if I could come on Friday which is OB day, response was No. Apparently, no concern what so ever on how to treat patients. I would Never treat a patient like this- Going somewhere else!!!

Excellent doctor. Easy to get an appointment especially in emergent situations. She performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy and it was great. I went home the next day with no complications. I had to call after hours twice for other issues and she called me within five minutes each time. The best GYN I've ever had!

I needed a new OB since my old one relocated. A friend recommended Dr. Ingalls so I gave it a shot. As soon as I walked in the office, I was called back within about 5-10 minutes and they got the ball rolling. Her staff is courteous and professional and Dr. Ingalls has great "bedside manner" and is very good at her job thus far. I'm excited that she will deliver my second child in a few months and I truly trust her.
