I didn't feel rushed, she's very polite and friendly. I felt she was very professional. She has a very welcoming personality in my opinion.

Dr. Binns spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood everything and had no questions. No wait tine in the waiting area was much appreciated as well. All the staff was very pleasant.

Had blood in my urine as an older male for 2 years. Never told to follow up with Urologist. Binns refused a refill on blood pressure meds without a blood test so had to go to an urgent care. I was fortunate to have a young new doctor, (DR. Wang) who refilled script and noticed the blood in my urine from an old test result I brought. After visiting a urologist at his suggestion, Dr. Aueurbach found my bladder was full of tumors that required immediate surgery. 3 different doctors told me proper protocol for my age and blood in urine necessitated urological follow up which binns never told me to do. I would never trust my health to this person. Visiting her puts your life in your own hands. I understand doctors aren't perfect and miss things but, when you have blood in your urine for TWO YEARS, you might want to suggest follow up with urologist. Unfortunate I had to learn the hard way.

Dr Binns has been my primary care physician for over a decade and I can tell you that with her as my Doctor, I know my health is in great hands. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is also very caring, thorough, and compassionate! She takes her time to listen to me and likewise, she takes her time to explain things to me to make sure I understand what’s going on, her course of therapy, and any goals and plans for the future to continue any treatment. When it comes to the staff, it is always a pleasure dealing with them. I feel looked aT and listens too by all! Whether it is a quick question over the phone or through the patient portal, they are always on top of it, make sure my questions are answered and always follow through. From the staff to the doctors, you feel well taken care off and know that I am in great hands! It’s always nice, especially when not feeling well, to deal with a very friendly, kind, and caring staff.

Dr Binns always listens to my concerns and does a full assessment. I never feel rushed by her during my visits. Everyone in the office are always so nice and professional.

From the front office team to the health care providers they are all wonderful and caring and I trust Dr Binns explicitly!

Dr Binns went over every aspect of my health care from head to toe with me & after she was done asked me if I had any questions. She didn’t try to rush me out of the room, because my appointment time was up like other doctors have in the past. She made sure to give me orders for future lab tests & other normal annual testing requests. I definitely recommend Dr Binn as a very caring doctor.

Dr Amanda Binns has been my doctor for many years. She was gentile and a good listener. At this time, I do not what to think on what has happened. All of a sudden this year her care went down the drain. The office staff were very unprofessional and I had to call several times to express my concerns about a lab test and my numbers. It just seemed like nobody cared to give messages or even respond. They changed the online system and I was sending her messages to be told that she does not using it. This never happened before. She would call me or I would make an appointment and she will be responsive. I asked for a refill of my epi pen and she would not fill it. My pharmacy kept trying to refill my epi pen but no response. The office has been closed for two months due to flooding. Never got any correspondence about this or when they will go back.

Dr. Binn's always listens to your issues. She discusses treatment options. She has been the best doctor in my life.

Dr Binns is an excellent Dr. When I visit her, I know I am in great hands. She is patient, listens, is caring and is very knowledgeable! To top it all, all her staff is top of the line! Everyone from the front desk to the nurses address me by my name, are always friendly, and I never have to wait long in the waiting room! I always leave knowing I was cared for and in great hands!

Always a pleasure from start to finish! Staff is friendly and very effecient. And Dr Binns is a great doctor who asks pertinent questions and listens to you ernestly. Very good medical knowledge. Highly recommend!
