WORST OFFICE EVER
I was treated w IV antibiotics 2xs & oral antibiotics 2-3xs & never got well. I’ve had serious infectious issues from an IUD since 2015. I’ve lost 2 organs, bladder diverticulum removal, lost 3 teeth from infection & developed reactive Polycethemia Vera from all of the infections. I was not getting better & the office began treating me like I was a liar. The front desk is absolutely awful & rude. It was very obvious they were all sharing my situation within the office, when you walk in or call & your looked at & spoken to like your garbage. Instead of helping me find a diagnosis I was cast aside because the antibiotics they chose weren’t helping. Another doctor did Microgendx testing thru Labcorp, which includes a DNA ANALYSIS OF URINE & PCR VAG SWAB & it came back showing a high bacterial load of hospital acquired klebsciella pneumoniae.Mongia was sent the DNA results & completely ignored them because those results weren’t good enough for him, either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID OFFICE

We were given inaccurate information SEVERAL times. They were not prepared at all for our 1st visit, even after spending time making sure we were seeing the right doctor. At our 1st appt, they thought we were there for Allergy, not Immunology, even though we filled out an extensive questionnaire & referral. Had to see the P.A. Very disorganized, not responsible for patients health. Every question we asked we were given incorrect information. Very disturbing.

Seen Cartersville & Kennesaw. I asked Jenny (for Picc clean) to come in day b4 my apt. or day after due to being in ATL for my new Surgeon apt. Jenny said no to day b4 and never confirmed day after. Due to heat and humidity my Teg patch over Picc came off exposing line. I covered with new Teg after dousing alcohol to sterilize. I was DROPPED from practice as she now stated I missed appt and cleaned Picc? (Never told I'd be dropped. better to lose patch?). She was fully aware of my appt. conflict. as per texts. I feel Dr. Mongia needs to know the TRUTH about the person who smiles and then turns on you after being a patient over 4 months leaving a Picc in your arm. Good luck getting a Bill explaining all charges or an EOB from staff. Now I understand all the bad reviews.

Dr. Mongia has been the absolute best since I saw him first in 2010! A student gave me Virial Meningitis and he was there for me and is to this day! I have read other reviews and unfortunately that is about the office staff, not him. He had great employees when I saw him for the first time and did for years. I had help with the weekly excuse for the school, insurance, and disability. I was never able to go back to work. I moved back to Alabama and he still sees me. I get ivs monthly. He is so busy in the hospital and has patients from all over that drive hours to see this great doctor. Getting sick is a terrible thing. I am so thankful to have him!!!

Would not recommend this dr or this office to my worst enemy. My husband went here for a infection on his foot. We didn’t have our ins #s but they made sure we paid before the dr would see him. But now we have our ins numbers and the insurance company has called them twice and I have called 5 times for them to submit the claim to insurance. Then the dr has to reimburse us. The appointment was January 3 and dr still has not completed his notes for it to be submitted so we can be reimbursed. We could really use the 200 dollars. When dr looked at his foot he didn’t even come within 3 feet. They didn’t even offer us new gauze and tape to cover the wound. Dr would not prescribe another round of antibiotics till he had a blood test. We went immediately for blood test. The lab informed use the results had been sent to dr. We called 5 times and still to this day they haven’t given us any results. Seen another dr they could not believe dr Mongia didn’t give him more antibiotics.

I saw Dr. Moniga, back in march 2017, blood work was ordered he stated was fine. He ordered ct and mri got to the appointment and those scans had been cancelled due to him not calling ins to have a peer to peer interview and the pre cert was never done by his office staff. After a month of calling his office he stated he called insurance and they still denied test, i called blue cross myself and found out he never called them period! Blood work results were sent to pcp and found out i have MONO
