Dr. Carroll assisted my young teen son with ingrown toenail issues that stemmed from sports issues. Her bedside manor was off the charts great! So, when I began having recurring issues with foot and heel pain, I immediately thought about Dr. Carroll. Super easy to make the appointment, wait time in waiting room was zilch and her assistant Jamie was so kind. Visit was quick, simple and required a cortisone shot between my toes that I didn't even feel! Truly! Dr. Carroll takes the time to explain issues to you in a manner that isn't over your head and she genuinely understands that not every patient can comprehend lots of medical jargon. I will be back for a follow-up appointment and I am anticipating the same quality care. She is a winner! Great practice and I love not having to drive to North Raleigh! I can leave my home in Garner and be in Holly Springs in a jiffy. Thanks Dr. Carroll and Jamie! And also a shout out to Meg and Michelle in the reception and checkout areas.

The entire healthcare team is amazing. Very attentive, thorough, and considerate. Kinsey and Anita made my appointment seamless and efficient, yet highly personalized. Dr. Carroll is an amazing doctor! She listens and takes time to get to know patients, and customize solutions.

Not great. Spent 5 minutes in the room. Didn't fully explain diagnosis, which differs between her hand written note she sent home and my online records. Issue hasn't improved at all. Spoke with her nurse who was essentially clueless and didn't seem real interested in my concerns when I followed up.

I am a new resident of NC. Shortly after moving here, I developed a problem that required urgent podiactric care.
Through a series of phone calls to local urgent care, I was referred to Raleigh Foot and Ankle.
Dr Carroll immediately accepted me as a patient.
I found Dr Alyssa Carroll to be an excellent provider of high quality comprehensive and compassionate care!!
The facility in Holly Springs is a lovely newer office and the staff is proficient and a true asset!!
