Long term relationship
Doctor Payne has been treating my Family and I for over 30 years. I appreciate the very short waits and comprehensive care. Also, he has the Laboratory in his office so we do not have to go elsewhere for that service.

Dr. Payne is treating my aging mother. He is the perfect physician. Kind, patient, pleasant, and very, very smart. My mom has Alzheimer's and he was engaged and caring, immediately identified ways to help and implemented them. Texarkana is lucky to have him. His nurse, Heather, is really good too.

Dr. Payne has been my Doctor for many years now, and I have always found him extremely competent, patient, and willing to listen to any and all complaints I have. Appointments are always within 5-10 minutes of the appointment time.
