Dr. Alvin Gutierrez, MD

The doctor is great but the staff, particularly the office manager is repugnant. She has no work ethic and in all the years I have been there I always see and hear patients displeased with her. She treats people with an attitude. She lacks empathy and does not know how to work with people.

This has to be the worst Doctor I've ever seen in my life. Don't waste your time on someone who is just there to collect a paycheck. It turned out my sister was also a patient of this Doctor and he kept trying to treat me for her ailments. Then they charged me $35 extra to draw blood for a routine physical. I also received a bill from the lab for another $20. Per my insurance, a routine, physical should be covered 100% with no out-of-pocket. The lab stated it was not billed as routine. When I called Dr Gutierrez's office, instead of them trying to help me figure it out the woman on the phone told me it was on me and hung up on me. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. The only way I got through was through my insurance company. Worst. Doctor and office ever.

Great doctor and office personnel...my primary doctor for 12 years since in Pines and he always exceed my expectations.

Great doctor and office staff. Been going to them for about 8 years and the best I ever had in 59 years. Wonderful and caring doctor and staff. Goes out of their way for patients. Would not like going to anyone else.
