Simple appointment made the day before to get 4 stitches removed from my hand. Was easy to make the appointment describing what I needed done to the receptionist over the phone. Next day came in 20 minutes early. No they don't do that procedure. No explanation. Receptionist is dead behind the eyes. Sends me to an urgent care clinic that is actually closed. I'm changing my primary care doctor.

This doctor's office does not respect their appointment times. Every time I go there it's at least a 2-3 hour wait. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. Whenever you leave a message for anyone in the office to call you back they ignore it and then blatantly lie that they never got the message. I called for 3 days straight and left over 10 messages and not one call was returned. The doctor is rarely in the office so you are seen by a Physician's Asst instead so care is superficial.
