Not what i expected…
I ignored the bad reviews and gave them a chance… But the Staff is so unprofessional IRMA, JESSICA and the front office GIRL … never reply to messages… and Dr Bolivar just told them to call me to tell me if i wasn’t happy with their service to redirect to another provider… easily said than done after waiting for over a month for my appointment and 2.5 weeks for a surgery date…which authorization was never submitted for… so if i didn’t call I would never received a call for treatment because based on the message the doctor gave his assistant, my surgery is not a priority…

Dr. Bolivar is great. He has been very attentive to my health issues. I have had complicated health problems and he has addressed them all. He is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for him.

The services that I receive from Bolivar Family Medical Clinic is excellent. Dr. Bolivar and the new staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. The newly renovated office is great and gives you a warm welcome! I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

I was referred to their office in San Bernardino and have been going for about three months and the service has been extremely unprofessional and rude. The Secretary by the name of SOCHIL that has been working with me has been extremely unreasonable and rude ever since I first began to be seen here. When I first was referred she basically told me to figure out all my insurance paper work on my own, when its her job to help me set it up so that I can be seen there. She acts extremely untrained

Would give him a one star but can't. Office staff doesn't return calls after surgeries. They all, including the doctor, calls you a liar. Horrible care.
