If this is the Dr I saw at Hoffner, then I do NOT understand why there are any, at all, negative reviews?!! If this is the Dr that I saw at Hoffner, he gets a 5+ rating from me! I followed him from 1 location, then over 2 Hoffner. I was saddened 2 learn when I showed up 4-1 appt, that he was no longer at that office??? WHY? I have been asking since where he went....NO ONE will tell me! This was over a year ago. I'll make the call tomorrow 2 confirm it's him! I HOPE it is!

He was not very friendly. I really didn't feel that he cared one bit about my pain or issues, he just wanted to process me get some test done and re-schedule me for later. When I pushed to talk about my pain, he brushed it off quickly explaining the need for test and exam before starting any kind of diagnostic. He didn't even bother to look at part of my body that was causing me serious discomfort. Save yourself some time and schedule an appointment with a different doctor.

First I was sent to see Jeannete Figueroa from same office by my insurance.The office said she will not see patients with my same insurance so i had to scheduled with another doctor in the Kissimmee office. I was scheduled to see Dra Herrera, at my appointment I was offered to see Dr A. Altamirano. I agreed since I have not met with a doctor yet. But when I was in the appointment it was disappointing, he said and i quote I will see you for one symptom on each visit and more.

My first experience in trying to get an appointment calling his office at 407 956 1920 several times with the same recorded message to no avail!! Unacceptable, ridiculous! Now calling my insurance to get another doctor!!
