DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. Staff is incompetent. I was given an appointment never was told it was a phone appointment, I go in and was told it was a phone appointment (by the way I never received that phone appointment) I’m sitting waiting for my referral for pain management and the lady at the front desk gets on her cell phone all the while my paper is next to her and she’s on her phone. Never was told by the doctor or staff why and what kind of test, therapy I can receive about my pain. It’s like they taking my insurance for and I’m not getting the proper treatment. I’ve only been there 3 times and each time is was HORRIBLE. I’m starting to think this office is a scam. But I will find out. Meanwhile my referral has not been faxed after repeatedly calling to no avail and I’m still in pain. Please Do Not Go Here. If I can give a -1 rating I would
