This doctor is the most arrogant doctor I’ve ever encountered. Complete lack of compassion and manners. Never elaborates on care plans and dismissed any concern or questions about it. A family member passed away and it took 9 days to get him to sign the death certificate which is needed to let the state know they passed! After they passed, he completely disregarded any other responsibility. Don’t know how he is employed anywhere, it’s a shame and good luck to anyone who has to encounter him!

This doctor is a complete IDIOT! I wouldn't let him take care air let alone a person. If you do not agree with his horrible medical decisions, any after care one needs, he gives little to no information to anyone hat needs it. His medical license should be taken away. This is my rating for him ??!

Dr. Alphonse Wilfred was more concerned about discussing politics than my healthcare. He spent more time talking in depth with the pharmaceutical reps with his feet up while I waited and waited in the exam room. He was very dismissive. As a pre-diabetic, I asked him to run a blood sugar and HgAIC which he failed to do.

This doctor lacks bedside manner and compassion. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. It is no wonder why he is poorly rated. Why Norwwod Hospital would employ him is beyond me. He should be a stand up comic.
