Aside from the experience with the nurse at the beginning of the visit, I want to emphasize how much I appreciate Dr. Tsang and Danny's approach to care. Danny took my blood and administered my vaccines, and as always, he was professional, kind, and thorough. I've built a rapport with both Dr. Tsang and Danny, and I feel comfortable and heard when discussing my health with them. They make a real difference in the quality of my care.

Dr Tsang is a perfect 10.1sr meeting. He came into my room and thanked me for coming in to see him in the rain.Listening to my concerns and giving me reveals and anew RX. My blood work and urinalysis was on CS LINK the next dayPERFECT

I just really really trust, respect, and yes, like Dr. Tsang. He had the difficult task of informing me that I have breast cancer and helping me through the process. He has been, as usual, compassionate, positive, and inspiring.

Dr Tsang forced me to do tests I was not there for so he can bill me for a diabetes visit. I see another dr for that. I only came in for a sore throat. I told him I didn't need a urine test for a sore throat visit and he insisted. Very poor care by him.

Would have appreciated more time and discussion about possible prognosis and going forward plans, but my apt was a last second squeeze me in". Hopefully the regularly scheduled apt is less rushed. (Though quick/brief, care was thorough and efficient- much appreciated).
