I am fairly new to this practice and have always seen one of the nurse practitioners whom I liked a lot. However my newborn had a bleeding and persistent diaper rash that was not going away. Dr. Baker talked over me, did not listen, and frankly gave me dangerous advice to “strap her into her car seat and put that into her crib for the night” to ease her GI discomfort. I will not be returning.

Unsafe practices
I have used the office since my first son was born he is now 2. Though my experience with the physician up until recent has always been favorable. Yesterday the left my 9 month old son without care because I forgot my mask. Instead of giving me a mask which I was willing to wear the front office staff mocked me about my concern for my son, my weight, and my intelligence. I asked multiple times to speak with Dr. Baker but was refused even after my mother in law drove me a mask. I was told by the receptionist “I’m paid so Dr. Baker doesn’t have to speak to you”. He never once saw my son or address my health concerns. I’m truly dishearten by this treatment of an infant. I would not recommend this particle to anyone.

Our experience with this practice has been awful since our son was born. From the start, our newborn visits consisted of them repeating newborn blood work because they kept “messing” the test up. Our son has been to the practice for multiple sick visits and we left the office each visit feeling silly for bringing our sick child in. The doctors often diagnose all sickness as a virus. After almost every single visit to them, we ended up in the Emergency Room. Our son had been admitted 4 times t

I have been going to this practice since the birth of my kids. I always found him to be very disinterested and totally unfriendly. visited him today with my son. He was very rude and behaved like a big bully towards my son. I think people like him should not be involved in kids care.
