I had an appointment today and was a return because the premium or the doctors fee wasn’t paid. It wasn’t my fault the optimum care did not pay them. They had issue and send it to some other city the reception or the billing person were aware of this .Continue to tell me that I need to call optimum care and get the result which we had already talked about a day before. I don’t understand why she has to scream and act inappropriately She was talking to me in front of other patient. it was very stressful and I had to come back. My son was not seen. I need to talk to the doctor. Doctor is nice but not them,they think they’re the doctors! probably it’s better for the welfare people not for the people who pay for the insurance.

Staff is horrible!!! Never going again, won’t be letting these horrible nurses to go near my child, sadly the Doc. Has nothing to do with this review.

Dr. Salazar’s office is always so caring. I love taking my some here, and they have a good open schedule for appointments.

Same day appointments when needed, friendly staff and doctors. Would 100% Recommend her office.

Both of my kids had been coming here since birth but for the last year I never saw the doctor it was always the PA and I wasn't told it would be the PA although she was nice. I didn't feel like concerns I had were taken seriously and my son had a lump on his leg for 6 months were a shot was given.

Office is overwhelmed.Not looking out for the best interest in their clients (my children). They have not been seen by the actual doctor for the past three to six months it is always the PA for the most part. Have been turned away for walking in without an appointment and have been told they do not see patients on Fridays yet they are open.
