Dr. Bagan offered thorough explanations and guidance throughout my procedure; she was friendly and supportive.

I had a consult with Dr Bagan and I would not recommend her. She made me feel stupid about a sensitive subject. I knew her visit note was going to say something rude so I looked in mychart and sure enough she wrote about me like I was the dumbest person to ever step foot in her office. Even wrote about my infant being “distracting” when I don’t think he did anything but smile and observe us from the stroller - why was that necessary? After the visit I cried from embarrassment. I feel bad for anyone that has chosen her for a consult on something that already gives them embarrassment or anxiety like mine did.

This person rushed through the appointment. Ridiculed my questions and outright laughed at me. The moment she came into the office she demanded to know why I wasn't seeing the doctor I had seen for this issue previously. (Another horrible doctor) She belittled me and did not listen. I was in tears when I walked out to parking lot. Very snarky person and very unprofessional.

When I came with concerns about breast pain and feeling what I thought was a lump, I was super nervous. I was also waiting over a month to get in so plenty of time for my anxiety to go crazy. After I explained to her my family history of breast cancer, telling her my concerns and BEFORE she did any physical exam on me, she told me I most likely just pulled a muscle because I have small children at home. Even if that is the case, my worries were completely dismissed and I felt I was just a waste of her time. I was embarrassed and felt like an idiot.

She was very unprofessional. She was putting words in my mouth that I did not say/share it with her. She tried to recommended for a referral that I knew more about then her. I am in the field of Mental health and I do diagnosis people. I went to her because of low progesterone symptoms and hormonal issues. She was like you are depressed, you have stress at home and at work. Never once did I ever mention to her about any stressors besides low progesterone symptoms. I would not recommend her at all. When I confronted and told her that she should focus on helping me with the symptoms I presented to her, she wouldn't she kept pushing for behavioral health referral. Mind you, I know the DSM inside and out, I am a mental health professional. I know the process of receiving MH services and support. This woman is not best and I would not recommend her.

Without too much self-disclosure, I’m in the process of figuring out how to file a formal complaint to her board, I’ve had to contact “Patient Relations” based on her behavior/client care. I’ve also had to have a same day emergency appointment with my PCP (since I was not provided with aftercare instructions); and I need to monitor myself for the next several days to make sure I was not injured in any way.
