Insensitive pediatrician
Ear pain is the worst and they can evolve quickly. While my kid had ear pain and no obvious infection…. The response was yup they can evolve quickly and no plan of action was given. What?!?!? No sensitivity…. Further more she documented incorrectly. Yes I was frustrated yes. No I was not upset. What I was expecting was a little more empathy especially from a pediatrician. Correction I did not feel upset until I read her inaccurate documentation (after we left).

Wow, I can’t say enough great things about Dr. La Barbara. From the moment we met her I knew she was a caring doctor. She gave so much time to check out our young one Charlie who had some eye discharge and a bad sneeze. We didn’t really want any prescriptions as he was really young so we came up with an alternative that worked great. She even call a few time in the next week to just check on his recovery.

Dr. LaBarbara is amazing! From the first appointment after the birth of our son, she has been warm and personable, spending as much time as we needed to answer (many) questions along the way. We have never felt rushed or made to feel bothersome. I have referred her to several friends, who have felt similarly about her.
