Do not recommend. Had to constantly follow up on billing to referrals to make sure they were completed correctly and in a timely manner. Was unaware I would be dropped in 2025 if I did not pay for her new VIP service. Was without a PCM for 2.5 weeks waiting on an appt to be seen to transfer medical care. During my last appt, she talked more about her VIP service than my medical.

I highly recommend Dr Williams as a healthcare provider. She takes the necessary time to listen to her patients so that she can provide good quality care. I feel blessed to have found her as a healthcare provider.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Allison Williams. She is very caring, thorough and professional. She takes the time to explain all test results and any further testing or referrals that may be required.

I want to begin by saying that I find Dr. Alice Williams to be an exceptional physician. She takes her time, great sense of humor, extremely thorough, warm, and caring. I would highly recommend her. I am giving this review 1-star because I was unable to give it a negative zero based SOLELY on the front desk service at her practice. I'm not sure if Dr. Williams is not aware of what goes on at the front desk while she practicing, but it's the absolute worst front desk service I have experienced in my adult life of scheduling appointments. Ever! I first saw Dr. Williams last year after scheduling a physical. It took me 4 months of calling just to get someone to call me back after leaving voicemails. Fast forward to this year... Two months ago (yes TWO) I scheduled an tele-visit for July 28th at 3:00 p.m. The doctor was a no-show. I called after 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2023, to reschedule the visit. I’ve been seeing Dr Williams for 4 years now she has always shown me that she is very professional and concerned about my well being, she has always addressed all my concerns and explains why she is ordering specific test and to help me understand them, so that way I won’t have to miss understanding why she is ordering certain test for me. Then she had me come back for a follow up appointment to go over the findings with me. She explains every detail and helps me to understand whats going on with my health.

I've been going to Dr. Williams for my primary care for a few years. Her and her staff are always super friendly and listen to all of my concerns. She is very thorough with her examinations and testing and will refer you to a specialist if she can't fix the issue. I highly recommend her.

I felt that she was very unprofessional as she does not follow up as she said she would, and she was also fraught with fear about losing her medical license because she could not keep up with my medications as well as not guiding me or advising me about my COVID shot which I still have not received,,,btw,,I did get COVID in November with no help from her!!

Had tele-health visit with doctor. Followed up with doctor and staff. Doctor ghosted me and staff acted as if I was never seen by doctor. Sent multiple emails to doctors office. No response. Overall terrible experience.

Dr. Williams took ample time with me and was very thorough in finding out my previous medical history (New Patient). She was compassionate, understanding, honest and patient. Minimal wait time and the office was clean and well kept. Highly recommended Physician!
