She treated me when I got Hepatitis A and since then, I always look for her at any of the facilities she works. Very kind and always explained everything for you to understand.

Dr. Allison Ventura and Peachtree Immediate Care
On three occasions, I was misdiagnosed, required to have unwarranted lab tests, and the issues for which I visited were never addressed. The doctor: Allison Ventura. The staff was combative. I filed a complaint to the Ga. Composite Med Board and U.S. DHHS. The CEO, Bill Miller, did nothing. However, Dr. Daniel Ralston, liaison, emailed “I am confirming that I will be meeting next week with Dr. Ventura to discuss the case and further training in interpersonal interview skills will be provided to her.” He emailed again, “I have met with Dr. Ventura and given her feedback and training as we discussed . . . You are welcome to visit any of our clinics for your medical needs. . . Dr. Daniel Ralston, Regional Medical Director, Peachtree Immediate Care.” Unfortunately, Mr. Miller cancelled Dr. Ralston’s commitment to permit me to continue to go to the clinic had I chosen to [apparent retaliation] nor did he require Ventura to apologize for her wrongdoing.

Terrible experience. She does not care about her patients and should be charged with neglect and insurance fraud. She orders extensive amounts of tests and does not give you results unless you pay for a separate appointment even if the results are normal. Every other physician will call You with results and follow up under original copay. She is listed as our primary care Dr and flat out told us she only wants to do urgent care- told us she didn't care that she was assigned to us. Worst care

Dr Ventura treated me very poorly today. She told me she doesn't want to be my primary care physician and told me to "take a bus" to find another dr. She tried to charge me for a second time today for the same visit and was holding my test results, that she ordered, hostage and wouldn't call in my maintenance medication for my thyroid unless a payed for an office visit for a second time. There have been instances over and over again where she Ordered tests and never called to follow up.
