We've been using her for our son since birth, for about a year. She seems fact based and accepting of all types of parenting. We are breastfeeding, avoiding meat and dairy, and she is knowledgable about these decisions and helpful. She may not be the most personable, but that's what you need in a babysitter, not a doctor. I recommend.

I'm sure Dr. Otto is a competent clinician. However she has an odd and somewhat cold and condescending demeanor. She speaks in short, fast phrases that can be difficult to understand. She is not a "warm and fuzzy" pediatrician who puts patients and parents at ease. She always seems rushed.

She's polite, but she isn't kind. She made no attempt to build any kind of rapport with my child, and she is so formal that the word "frigid" comes to mind. She is also very condescending. I will request anyone but her from now on, and if she's all I can get I'll just cancel the appointment.
