Dr. Allison Croucher, DO

We absolutely adore Dr. Croucher. She is kind, thorough, and speaks to our son during his appointments to ensure he feels just as important in his health. We never feel rushed or unimportant. Anytime we need a sick appointment, her nurses make the magic happen. I wish Dr. Croucher could be MY primary care provider!

Both of my daughters have been seeing Dr. Croucher for years. She is thorough and does not overprescribe. She takes time to listen and evaluate the kids to determine the best approach.

Dr Croucher is great, but her staff is absolutely terrible and negligent. The nurse gave my child an EXPIRED vaccine due to lack of following policies and procedures. We weren’t informed until an hour after we left. This has been such an upsetting experience for my family. I’ve spoken to supervisors as well as the director of risk management about this situation. I was told the nurses should be checking the label 3 times before the syringes are even brought into the treatment room. Clearly that didn’t happen even once. Today I tried to schedule an appointment for my child to get his vaccine re-administered due to a mistake that THEY made, and the nurse I spoke to on the phone LAUGHED at me when I was trying to explain the situation. I have NEVER in my life been met with such disrespect, carelessness, and complete lack of empathy. I’ve been in tears several times due to this situation.

I will be taking my son back to his doctor he was with before Dr Croucher. My son has been coughing and having congestion over a month now with a sore throat. I took him to see Dr Croucher and was disappointed she misdiagnosed him saying he was just having post nasal drip the past 3 days my son start developing green mucus and much more coughing and congestion when i requested for her to send him antibiotics she pretty much denied my request so I took him to urgent care this morning and my son was diagnosed with STREP THROAT! And is now starting antibiotics. I do not appreciate my services with dr croucher i will not return.

Both of my children are patients of Dr. Croucher and we've been very happy with her! She is kind, compassionate, thorough in her examinations/explanations, and listens to all of my concerns. She never makes me feel bad for asking questions or having concerns and I truly feel as if my children as in good hands with her. Also, the nurse in her Orland office, Karen, is an absolute ANGEL - so incredibly helpful and sweet.

Dr. Croucher is extremely efficient and thorough in her examinations. She takes the time to review the chart for the patients history and ask appropriate questions. She is up to date on current practices and has practical expectations of children.
