Dr. Allen Priest, MD

I love Dr Priest! He has been my primary care physician for over 10 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent doctor. He is always highly attentive, very thorough, and even though I talk a lot, and I do mean a lot, he has never once interrupted me! He obviously knows his business and my family and I hold him and his staff in the highest regard.

Great Dr. Listens answers questions and is kind. On top of that he has a Rockstar office staff that is responsive, quick, and SO helpful

Worst office I've ever been to-EVER! Staff does not help at all. I called office several times and was never called back. Finally I got ahold of her after 2 weeks and she said she hadn't found out about my meds so she hadn't called me back! After I finally was able to obtain my meds - by myself with no help from them at all-Had Dr. Priest give me my injection and asked him a question and he said "They told me you were just here for a shot-no questions". I wanted to ask about a DexaScan which was why I was taking the meds. Totally appropriate question. Changed doctors immediately-My new doctor - who is excellent said to call Dr. Priest's office and have them send over my records as it's the same medical group and she refused. Said I'd have to go back to my new Dr. and fill out a form! Unbelievable! I'd give this office Zero stars if I could!

Dr Priest should not be practicing medicine. I will be filing a complaint to the medical board regarding serious negligence in follow up care for my elderly father. My father had severe diarrhea for months, and ended up in the ER with Colitis and small bowel obstruction. He quite literally could have had the intestines breach and gotten sepsis had I not rushed him to the hospital TWICE. Despite direction from the hospital that my father receive GI follow up care, Dr. Priest "forgot" to refer him and instead kept prescribing meds to treat symptoms instead of the life threatening underlying problem.

Dr. Priest was professional and took his time answering my questions. His staff is efficient and returns call promptly.

My husband and I ha e been going to Dr priest for over 20 years. He is a kind no nonsense old school Dr. my husband loves him. His staff is great! We have been to him for broken bones allergies back problems and weight issues he has always been great.

As a new patient I called to make an appointment to be seen due to a severe pain in my ankle that may have been caused by an ankle roll or gout. The soonest they were going to make an appointment for me was almost a month from today. They would not accept a walk-in or any earlier appointments. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. To make matters worse the office assistant was rude. As far as customer service is concerned I would score them at a 0 if possible.

Yes ,I would be glad to recommend Dr Priest. He was pleasant and very helpful, as well was his staff.
