Truly an exceptional therapist. Herlped me more i two sessions than previous therapist did in a year of oince a week therapy. True compassion and one of the few really brilliant doctors I met. A real problem solver!

Over the years I have seen a number of therapists. Dr. Fay is the one MD that has been able provide actionable help with my problems (from depression to relationships). He is insightful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Best of all his approach is short term problem solving. He isn't a shrink that takes multi-sessions to get a history. Rather from the first session he is solution oriented. Often my seeming big problems are dealt with in a few sessions. See him or read his books!
