Dr. Allen Chao, Nephrology UCSF
Dr. Allen Chao was my sister's nephrologist for the last year. He was the kindest most caring doctor and worked on her extremely difficult and complicated Hyponatremia (low sodium). Because of his tenacity and desire to help my sister he was able to get her low sodium under control. A true miracle. He also contacted my sister weekly to check in on her and made sure she was getting lab work done on a consistent basis. I can't recommend him highly enough.He is the perfect combination of a caring professional who makes you feel that he truly sees you not just as a patient but as a person.
