Office staff is very disrespectful and left patients waiting more than an hour past their appointment time without simply advising them that they were running behind. We will be finding a more courteous doctor's office.

Thank goodness we went with Dr. Carnes! His experience and expertise truly made the difference for my son. We knew that it was going to be a difficult surgery with an extended recovery. Dr. Carnes relieved our anxiety and took wonderful care of my son. His staff was also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Northwest Oral & Facial Surgery.
