Great doctor needs new staff
Dr Nassar was my doc for many years had to change in 2024 due to insurance contract. He's now with my insurance but his staff is calling me new even though patients are new after 3 years it's only been 1 yr. I spoke with their manager she approved for me to come back and my pcp was changed by my plan but they were unable to verifybecausethe office does not answer calls. Called today and his staff still won't schedule me. The staff is so rude. I see from other reviews that is an issue for many. He is such a good doc and so kind but the staff doesn't even answer phones you have to leave a message for a call back.

My family has been going here for a while but we are done. It is ridiculous to set up an appointment or even keep an appointment because they always reschedule WITHOUT letting us know. We went recently went and we were appalled at how we were treated. The doctor even had the gall to call us and yell at us for being upset because they have been screwing us over!! Never coming back.

Dr. Nassar is an excellent doctor to have. He knows his medicine and I would definitively recommend him to family and friends. He also does a great job in fitting in his patients on short notices. Excellent doctor.
