Dr. Mackay is the most caring and considerate doctor I have. He makes me feel very safe and makes sure I understand everything he is doing. He listens and takes so much time with me I am not rushed and I am not treated like a number. The staff is just like Dr. Mackay WONDERFUL. I was in such bad shape before meeting Dr. Mackay, and I thank God every day for him and his treatments. It would be awful to lose Dr.Mackay in the Bloomington office.

Dr. Mackay is a wonderful and caring doctor. Each visit he listens to me and my concerns without judgement and talks with me and not at me, which I really respect in a doctor. He has really helped me with controlling my pain and if he has a suggestion on some other way of treatment that I disagree with, he listens to me without judgement. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He always ensures that my pain and health are brought up in each visit. His nurses and staff are wonderful.

Would not take the time to listen to me was rude and hateful . I went there three times and it was the same way every time and the lady's at the window was not much better really overall very disappointed

Worst doctors office ever! office was rude. When I made the appointment they took our insurance. I drove 2 hrs to get to the appointment the front office lady said they don't take our insurance and that we needed to pay $250 up front. We paid the money as we didn't have a choice. We waited forever for them to take us in a room and tell us sorry we can't help your condition after they told me they could on the phone. we never saw the dr and couldn't get our money back that day. Dont go!
