Stellar physician and human being

I saw Dr. Klein on Jan. 6, 2022. While it took a few months to see him, I totally empathize as all great doctors are in high demand and only have 24 hours to the day, as we all do. Six testing procedures were set up well in advance for that day, to ensure he had the most accurate, up-to-date info in order to correctly diagnose and treat my condition (pericarditis.) I left the appointment feeling content, relieved, knowing I was in great hands and was finally heading onto the correct path to healing! Thank You - Merci - Dr. Klein!

Let me start by saying that I have been following up with Dr. Klein for a few years now. Although I don’t really have any complaints with him, I have a complaint with his secretary with the name of Marie Phillips. She is giving me such a hard time. Every time I try to call the office she has an attitude and she is very aggressive towards me. It is such a challenge to reach out to Dr. Klein. Every time I call in to reach out to him, she tells me she will ask him and call me later on, and many times I never receive a call. Anything I ask her she has an attitude with, and seems so angry to even be picking up the phone. A lot of times she will give advice or answers to questions without even asking Dr. Klein.

Dr Klein is fine, but his administrator Marie Phillips is so incompetant. 6 weeks to make the Dr’s referral, for a life saving procedure for a 92 woman, which I had to call before it happened. Making calls when I requested to speak to the Dr. returning calls 2 months after the fact. Not getting the details correct. The 92 year old’s procedure was supposed to happen in early July and We are scheduled for mid October We are in the process of filing a grievance.
