dismissive
Very upset with my visit. She did not listen to any of my concerns or take them seriously. She was dismissive and made me feel invalidated. All she focused on off the bat was my weight when I was there for a chronic infection that was not resolving. She refused blood work and swabs I requested

Referrals
Do not use Dr. Sabsanova if you want a referral. She mandates that you see her first so she can say that you need to go to a specialist instead of just trusting her patients. I am not going to use her anymore

Horrible doctor. Felt like she didn’t even listen to what I was saying and was actually annoyed at having to examine me. Ended up having an issue and she has done nothing to explain what’s going on with me I’ve had to go to other doctors to understand. It took her four times to call in a common asthma and Hailer to the pharmacy for me thank God I wasn’t actually dying I would’ve had to go to the hospital if I ran out.

A year into seeing her, I'm continually astounded by her incompetence. Three separate times I've had to call repeatedly for her to authorize a refill for my very common antidepressant. The pharmacy gives 3-month refills, so that means every time I've needed one, I've had to hunt her down. Last time she failed to authorize a refill for +10 days, I had to physically show up in the office to get her to call my Rx in. The staff is great but she is a mess. Get it together! I'm not going back.
