She actually listens!
She never brushes off my concerns like my former doctor used to do! Between her being thorough, listening, and knowledgeable she has easily been able to diagnose and explain things to me. Things that my former Dr would previously get wrong or ignore are actually being properly treated now greatly improving my quality of life and health.

Every time I go she is kind, professional and caring. She takes time to really listen to me. I would like better follow-up on issues or concerns found in tests and blood work or when new meds are introduced, like statins for outrageous triglycerides. But that may be the medical practice and not her personally.
