Dr. Potter took the time to do a thorough exam and answered all of my questions completely. She even did a telephone followup to confirm that the treatment was effective. Great Doc!!

My doctor,Dr.Potter,said I'm not her patient but that she inherited me from another doctor who left the facility. This was upsetting at best.Perhaps this was only factual,though it felt like a judgement.

A new patient needing an Appt ASAP staff member at front desk refused even trying to work with me was very discourteous!!! OnOct 27,2016! Even after being told I was in emergency room for seizure related symptoms n was recommended from Christiana hospital to call Dr Allison Potters office! Front desk young lady needs some training in dealing properly with a patient concerned about their health! Very upsetting phone interaction! N to be told we can get u in for march 2017!! Really? Didnt meet dr

Dr Potter did not explain any alternative medical procedures to me as a patient to be able to facilitate improvement to my treatment.
