Terrible
I had a terrible experience at this office. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They have you sign in on a kiosk when there is 5 people sitting at the desk. So I sign in at the kiosk and sit down. Twenty minutes goes by so I go to the desk and ask when I’m going to be seen. Mind you I drove 50 minutes to my appointment. So the receptionist says that my sign in didn’t work and that I’m now late for my appointment. So they have to reschedule. I left because I was so upset. I called them later to see when I can be rescheduled and the supervisor says that the nurse manager will call me back. I hear nothing. Today I call again and they said I can’t be see again until may 2024. It’s November 3rd. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
