Lots of "extra charges." She gave a "free sample" and then suddenly there was a charge for $84 to do an evaluation (none of which I asked for). My daughter was in for a yearly check up and on the milestone questionnaire it asks about concerns. I wrote down one and was told it was nothing to actually worry about. Suddenly there was an office visit charge when it was supposed to be 100% covered. Makes me feel like I can't say anything to my doctor for fear of being charged for anything.

Be careful as to what questions she asks you - During a yearly physical, Dr. Holloway asked me what seemed like normal questions, only to later get a bill for it! When I called to ask why I was getting an extra bill for my physical - they told me that the doctor asked me questions relating to anxiety, so that falls out of the scope of a physical, therefore incurring extra charges! So if your doctor asks you ANY questions, make sure you ask them how much does it cost to answer it!

Made an appointment with Dr Alison Holloway 11:00 am 2/18/16. Scheduling office sent me to the wrong building, this caused me to be 15 minutes late. Upon arrival I was turned away due to being late. I had a 102.7 fever and walking pneumonia. I could bearly stand and this heartless group of women sent me away because I was late. They told the patient ahead of me that they were running 30 minutes late! I was 15 minutes late and turned away, very ill. Heartless people!!!
