Terrible bedside manner and no follow up
Telehealth
This provider has a terrible bedside manner and does not seem at all compassionate. This visit was just like one a year ago. Telehealth visit followed by throat swab for possible strep (it was negative). During the telehealth visit, they said the swab result would “determine how to proceed”. It’s been nearly 24 hours and I have not received any communication. Honestly, it feels as if it’s an imposition and they’re doing you a favor by taking the time to see you.

Terrible
Terrible doctor. Would recommend avoiding at all costs. Incredibly rude and the opposite of helpful to patients. She should not be practicing. We had a great doctor at comprehensive primary care, but she retired and I was referred to this doctor. This person is not able to interact with patients in a respectful manner. I have now left comprehensive primary care.

Horrible doctor with no compassion whatsoever!
My family and I have been going to Comprehensive Primary Care for years and had a very good doctor who recently retired. Unfortunately, the new staff at the 9715 Medical Center drive facility has sent everything downhill. They are not caring, defensive, can never see you and should not be in practice. My son recently had a horrible bout with his mental health. The whole family was suffering and just wanted to talk to our primary care doctor, Dr. Tuteja, yet, we were screened from being able to talk directly with her. If you want good treatment, from a caring staff and a good doctor in a timely manner - do not go here!! This is the opposite of how doctors should treat their patients! The only person who had the slightest bit of compassion was the front desk scheduler/receptionist.

Great first visit
I met Dr. Tuteja for the first time this week after joining CPC. Her nurse Brenny was warm, welcoming and conversational. I found Dr. Tuteja to be very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Joining a new practice was somewhat worrisome and I was unsure of finding a doctor I connected with, but I am confident that she will continue to be an excellent provider.
