Little wait time. Dr. Yamaski is very knowledgeable and listens to all your concerns and answers every question. You never feel rushed. Staff is wonderful.

This was my first visit to the practice. The front desk was helpful and friendly as was the nurse assisting in my visit. Dr Yamasaki was a delight. Thoughtful, thorough, took her time. Made me feel as if her only appointment for the day. I left feeling confident going forward regarding my healthcare needs.

Dr. Yamasaki was very thorough and efficient. Great communicator - explained what she was doing and why, and her diagnosis and next steps before a treatment plan could be established.

Dr. Yamasaki was interested, attentive, knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient, providing me with good information and explanations, as well as performing all the tests that were necessary in my case.

I had been experiencing flu like symptoms for over 40 days and was bounced around from Dr to Dr, until I made an appointment with Dr. Yamasaki. She was kind, gentle, attentive, and spot on. What she prescribed knocked out my symptoms and during my follow up she suggested that I may follow up further with an allergist or immunologist. Had an appointment with the urologist later that day and found out I have 15 to 20 kidney stones in my left kidney and 5 to 7 in my right, impacting immune function. Again, she was spot on. She’s far from me but I will continue to see her again & again & will bring my daughters & husband to her as well.

First visit and very comfortable with Dr. Yamasaki's approach and exam. She seemed very thorough and explained her procedures as she went along. Delicate hands and efficient. I liked her explanations and answered all my questions giving me confidence about her handling any problems I might have.

I was feeling so much pressure in my sinuses and Dr. Yamasaki satisfied my every need and answered every question I had regarding my sinus issues. She made the whole process quick and painless. 10 out of 10 would come back and see her again if and when I have any issues.

Dr. Yamasaki is thoughtful, professional, and fully transparent. I appreciated her thorough explanation for each phase of my surgery and recovery. I felt comfortable from the moment I met Dr. Yamasaki. Additionally, she was able to remove the mass on my nose without creating a visible scar (the possibility of which she had expressed initial doubt). I would recommend her to everyone!

The 2 young ladies at front desk were very welcoming and helpful. When I went in to be examined by Dr Yamasaki she was very personable and respectful. She did a great job getting rid of the earwax and kept me calm because I had a traumatic experience 10 years ago with someone else. I highly recommend her and as for myself I will be going back only to her.

Dr. Yamasaki has a kind disposition. She creates an extremely comfortable environment for her patients and explains every step of the diagnosis, process & procedures in detail. Dr. Y. gives you options for treatment, she is honest about her findings & eases any fears or tension the patient may experience. I had clarity after my visit that I had not experienced from ANY medical professional in the past. I left her office with the ability to clearly hear out of both ears for the first time in 2.5 months. I was given a treatment plan & follow up visit information by the Dr. as well as reviewed by the front desk staff. On top of stellar medical knowledge and patience, the atmosphere is welcoming. The office is spotlessly clean, the staff is extremely accommodating. As a patient you do not feel rushed or stressed out in any way. Thank you for continuing to humanize patient care. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Yamasaki to anyone who is in need of an honest and caring ENT specialist.

I have so many great things to say about Dr. Yamasaki. I was seen by her for multiple issues and NEVER felt rushed. She explained everything in great detail and always returned calls and messages. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond when treating me. She actually diagnosed me with Thyroid Cancer (that may not have ever been found) & I was able to get it all taken care of and am cancer free! I am truly thankful for meeting her, and while I didn’t have a cancer that people die from, I still feel as though she saved my life.

I would like to thank and appreciate the effort Dr.Yamasaki has put in today for helping my son in removing his ear blockage. He is 7 years old and he was very much afraid that he didn’t even allow the doctor to check his ears and remove what he has put inside his ears.. The doctor was very kind and patience with him and kept explaining him that it won’t hurt him and she can be quick if he stays still. He finally stayed calm and the doctor removed the blockage very quickly. It was small rolled up paper deep inside in both the ears.

She was kind and compassionate listening to my concerns.
