HORRIBLE MEDICAL ASSISTANT
I have been seeing this doctor for few years and she is great. However, I have very hard time when it comes to refill my medications. The medical assistant does not respond to my pharmacy requests, or send them to the wrong pharmacy. For a few times, I don't have refills for the rest of the year. I constantly have to stop by the office front desk for requesting my medication refills.

Horrible staff and no value for patient
Rescheduling for any reason is a hassle. Very unprofessional staffs. I did the mammogram, and they never call me to let me know about my result and I had a dense tissue which required to have follow up sonogram (Never happened because Dr. didn't request it). I canceled my appointment and still received call to confirm your appointment. Why should your patient call 3 times to cancel an appointment? The second time, I asked the lady on the phone to send me a confirmation on my cancelation and she said she can't. Not satisfy with their service and not recommending either.

I've been a patient for 35+ years. We were both young, she was just starting out. From the beginning, I was impressed with her listening skills. She looked directly at me, listening. With my previous doctor, I felt like nothing more than a number. I recall being in surgery under Dr Ward for more than 5 hours to remove a growth. She knew that I didn't want to be cut so she patiently "shaved" away the growth. Very few would take that amount of time and care. I feel blessed to have her as my specialist. I'll never go anywhere else.

Doctor is fine, but her nurse Brittany has been terrible and extremely rude. I had a few incidents throughout pregnancy, but the recent one was too disappointing. I am 34 weeks pregnant. I recently called regarding my very high blood pressure (191/113) and she rudely asked that who told you to take your blood pressure, I remained calm and explained that I have a strong family history and I am familiar with the symptoms, also I am in that age range, so there are good chances of having it. She kept saying rude stuff like "just because your mom has it you thought of taking your blood pressure?" , and told me not to take your blood pressure again unless doctor asks you to. I am extremely disappointed at this point, and scared about how things can go forward if I continue with them. Unfortunately there is no other way to access the doctor when you need to. I am extremely confused should I continue with this facility or try to change at this point.

The MA Brittany is awful, I have called the dr office 4 times regarding my prescription and each time she said that Dr. Ward would call me back . Well no one called me. Very unhelpful!! When the MA did call back she acted like she did not care and was bored! Awful experience!!

She’s absolutely amazing! Even though one of the other doctors was on call, she still came to check on me on her day off! She’s very easy going! ??

I love, love, love Dr. Ward and nurse Whitney. I generally hate going to the doctor but Dr. Ward always puts me at ease, makes me feel both comfortable and cared for. She’s open and honest, answers all my questions promptly and thoroughly and is genuinely one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met.

Dr. Ward is an amazing doctor. but I absolutely hate dealing with her office and front desk staff. They triple book appts making it virtually impossible to see her in a timely manner. The front desk staff is extremely rude and I cringe when I have to call or sit in the waiting room for over an hour just for a 15 minute appointment. I'm still not sure if I'm willing to put up with office staff and wait times for another pregnancy.

I was turned away because I was apprehensive to pay north of $1,500/- without even seeing the doctor. I've never met Dr. Ward - she did not have the courtesy to step out to discuss my concerns - that time slot was booked for my appointment, so it would not have been too inconvenient to step out for a moment, yeah?
