A psychiatrist who doesn’t listen to her patients, who drives a grieving parent to, in essence, give up — there is not enough scorn available to send this way. A cold, judgmental disgrace of a practitioner.

Dr. Batson is extremely unprofessional and condescending. She is not willing to answer the most simple questions and is exceptionally rude.

Dr. Batson is patient, kind, and genuinely wants to help her patients. She is very clear with her treatment path. You have to trust her and believe in the treatment itself to reap the benefits. She was always on time and while aware of the time, never made me feel rushed. She returns phone calls herself. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing doctors for many years for depression and anxiety. Dr Batson has helped me more than anyone ever has. Soft spoken, good listener, nonjudgemental. She has helped me wean off drugs I was physically dependent on with patience, assuring me that I was going to be okay. No doctor had ever given me the hope that she did. Recommended a great book that helped me understand myself for the first time in my life. If you need hope and help see this Dr. ,

This Doctor has serious issues. She's very impatient and controlling. She also mistook me for someone else on three visits. Avoid this Doctor.
