Dr. Ling must be a great doctor for certain kinds of patients, but she doesn't advertise whom she prefers to see, so I'm writing this to warn anyone looking for a primary care doctor. Dr. Ling simply does not believe in many common issues -- for example, either chronic pain or ADHD -- and has zero understanding of weight-neutral healthcare, Health at Every Size, or anything related to eating disorders. Despite taking my medical history at my first appointment, she ignored her notes in a subsequent visit and was shockingly dismissive of my concerns. She will recommend exercise for everything, regardless of medical history. If you like old-school doctors who blame everything on you, the patient, and steadfastly refuse to stay up-to-date on current medical research, you're in luck!

Excellent Doctor who listens and offers the best possible care. Dr Ling is open to ideas but will give her opinion and why she feels how she does. Don’t go to Dr Ling for opioid pain medication, she doesn’t believe in them.

Dr. Alice Ling and her staff are so efficient. It is mind blogging. I have had many Doctors in my life due to changes in my health coverage. I had to have a primary Doctor under my insurance. Dr. Ling to me is the best one I ever had. When I get a letter from my insurance about medication issues. Her staff are already on it even before I call them. Now how good is that. Best part is Dr. Ling calls you to see if you are doing good after treatment. Most Doctors do not do this. A+ in my book

My mother went to Dr. Ling first and I was her care giver. Dr. Ling was the most caring and attentive doctor we had ever seen. I switched to her first with my husband right behind me. We are so confident in her knowledge and just love the way that she treats us as though she is a caring friend. I only wish that all doctors took a cue from her.
