Would not recommend
I recently visited Dr. Ali Zahrai’s office, where I felt the consultation was extremely brief, lasting only about five minutes. I was left with the impression that he was more focused on moving quickly to the next patient rather than addressing my concerns. Noticing his high-end Louis Vuitton shoes and belt, I couldn't help but wonder if financial gain was a priority over patient care. Feeling uneasy about the experience, I sought a second opinion. Dr. Zahrai had mentioned an 80% likelihood of a full recovery with his proposed treatment plan. However, the second doctor I consulted explained that this approach was not appropriate for my herniated disc condition and would not be recommended.Based on this, I am left to question whether Dr. Zahrai’s recommendation was genuinely in my best interest or if it was motivated by financial gain. I would urge anyone considering his services to proceed with caution and, seek a second opinion before committing to a 20,000 operation that isn’t needed

I was very impressed with Dr Zahrai's professional manner. I had 2 compression fractures in my spine. He explained the procedure that he recommended with great detail. My surgical procedure was such a wonderful success. I highly recommend him.

Great experience!
After almost a year of pain and discomfort diagnosed as sciatica by my GP it took only 1 visit to Dr. Zahrai for him to discover it was a sacroiliac issue. He laid out my treatment plan both professionally and personably. He and his staff were efficient and I never waited more than a few minutes at any appointment. Best of all I am now pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Zahrai and his team!!

USELESS
I have seen Ali for over a year in regards to my lumbar pain, just to get worse. I’m 24 and I haven’t been able to grocery shop for myself, or feed my dogs in over a year because Ali believes since I am not bleeding that nothing is wrong with me. He is extremely impatient, I can say with confidence he has never stayed in the room for more than 2 minutes. He walked out of the room yesterday as I was still talking trying to tell him my symptoms, poor girl he was training looked so confused. I have symptoms and pain he is unaware of because he let wont let me finish my sentence. Sorry excuse of a man has made 20k off me but has done nothing but roll his eyes as I continue to get into worse condition. He even stated I shouldn’t return to Physical Therapy because he disagrees with what they said. He said they are wrong, he’s right and even though I’ve been measured on over 15 occasions by two different facilities I must’ve just been tilted each time because that would make him right.

I cannot say enough positive about Dr. Zahrai. Without going into medical details, his recommendation for a robotic SI joint fusion was the best thing that has happened for me. He explains and listens, does not "baby" his patient, makes one feel like a real person which is becoming rare these days. His PA is a gem as well; she could not be more pleasant and efficient. As for robotic surgery, I am a proponent.....small incision, no overnight in the hospital, simple recovery, RELIEF almost immediately.

I went to see Dr Zahrai in April about pinched nerves in my neck that was causing pain from my shoulder down my left leg where i could not sleep on my left side at all.. He came in and showed me the picture of what was going on with my neck causing the pain in my left side. On May 3rd I had neck surgery I was told that i was in surgery for over 3 hours do to the bones in my neck had fused together so bad that Dr. Zahrai had to drill to open the spacing to relieve the nerves. I went to my 2 wk post surgery appointment and Dr. Zahrai took his time and should me the before xray and after xray. and explained what he did. Dr Zahrai called me at home to check and make sure i was in no pain I could not be more pleased with the surgery and Dr Zahrai for taking such AMAZING care of me and making me feel back to myself again. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone . Dr. Zahrai and his staff are very friendly and do not rush you thru the office they answered all my questions.

I went to see this Dr when my Spinal Stenosis became so bad I could no longer walk, and had nonstop sciatica spasms and pain that was at a 10. After a MRI I ended up having lumbar surgery within a few weeks. At first this Dr was nice, but he became very curt, condescending, rude and I thought very mean. Some of the things he said to me me were frankly, disturbing. The surgery went good, so he does seem qualified, but there was no follow up, no PT, nothing. I went and got my stitches out and saw him one time post off and took all of 5 seconds to ditch me. This was my third spine surgery and sadly my former surgeon no longer took my insurance, so had to come here to see this Dr. Find someone else.

He’s heartless!!! After his office made an appointment for me, knowing I had only MRI report, he refused to even see me without mri disk. My pain at that point was a 10. I begged for him to see me and maybe ease the pain, he refused. I’ve told all my friends and relatives to stay away from him??

Dr. Zahrai was the orthopedic surgeon on-call when I was admitted with a severe ankle fracture. He repaired the three fractures I sustained to the fibula and tibia and saw me through a five month recovery. Because of his surgical skill and commitment to giving his patients the best chance for healing and recovery, I am able to walk and anticipate continued improvement over time.

We went to see Dr. Zahrai for my husband's chronic back pain and we were told that he has failed back surgery and there was nothing that could be done to ease his pain. Dr. Zahrail told him that if he did do surgery that he could end up in a wheelchair. This man is definitely caring about his patients and would definitely recommend him to anyone !!!

Dr. Zahrai took time to review my MRI. He is an excellent spine diagnostician and surgeon dedicated in devoting time to diagnose and help a patient. I am amazed with my surgery results. His staff was supportive and beyond exceptional in their scheduling process (my surgery was scheduled within 30 days). I feel very lucky that I could have Dr. Zahrai as my doctor.

I don't know how to thank Dr. Zahari and his team for my successful surgery results. I was in severe pain, went to two doctors prior to Dr. Zahari and was told that an epidural would help. After two epidurals, I was referred Dr. Zahari, had a consult, and was scheduled for robotic surgery. I had my surgery on 12/19/18, in rehab for 15 days, and home by 1/3/19. Job well done, my wife and I are glad we found Dr. Zahari.

I was in severe pain every day all day. I went to Dr. Zahrai and was impressed by his professional and caring attitude. I wanted to proceed with surgery. Friends and family convinced me to seek other opinions before undergoing this painful and scary path. I did indeed do the second, third and fourth opinions only to be told they could do nothing for me except injections. I tried these and received little if any relief. After six months of searching I returned to Dr. Zahrai. I am six weeks post op
