Outstanding Physician
I'm a sixty-nine year old male, moderately overweight. My annual physical was conducted by Dr. Turfah in December of 2022. I found him to be polite, very knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. At that time I was diagnosed as diabetic. With Dr. Turfah's guidance I am now prediabetic and expect to be non-diabetic by my next physical in December of 2023. I have also lost 25 lbs and expect the weight loss to be at 30 lbs by the my next physical. He has taken an active interest in my case and I am very grateful.

Doesn’t listen
I just had my third appointment with this doctor and he has still not given me the referrals I need and requested. That’s because he doesn’t listen! He actually walked out of the last appointment in the middle of it without discussing a fraction of what needed to be discussed. He hasn’t taken over my prescriptions from my previous doctor. I don’t know what I am paying him for. So if you want a doctor that doesn’t listen, care or communicate very well, this is the one for you.
