I had upper GI and colonoscopy done by Dr Khademi and Watsonville Hospital. Staff was great and helpful abd Dr Khademi has a sweet bedside manner and was informative , I’ll go back again for my next procedure

Staff Failure
I was referred to his office for an endoscopy. His staff first tried to set me up for a colonoscopy...not the same procedure at all. Then they set me up a phone appointment, calling me twice in the intervening week to verify that I would be available and to make sure none of my info had changed...and when the appointment came around, they were an hour late in calling me. Then wanted me to wait on hold. Then came back to the phone and told me that the doctor wanted me to call again in 6-months for a recheck. A recheck of what? I'd never seen the guy! I will go elsewhere.

I was admitted to Watsonville Community Hospital where Mr. Khademy was the gastroenterologist. He asked me if I had pain and if so how long, I said yes and for several month. He laughed and said "Well you're obviously lying, so you're a liar, what else are you lying about, liar?" He then did an endoscopy and reported to me that I had no blockage and no cancer and sent me home. 2 days later I was at another hospital having BLOCKAGE of STAGE 3 CANCER removed, and they said if I had waited another day I likely would have died. This man is a danger to his patients and is clearly either incompetent, uninterested in doing his job, or a combination of the two. I am filing a formal complaint with the Hospital and the state medical board and encourage others to do the same. After reading other reviews here, I imagine there are more than enough complaints for him to lose his license.

My experience with Dr. Khademi was great. I had a EGD and a Colonoscopy done at the Watsonville hospital on 8/14 and 9/17. Recovery was smooth and easy.Nurces were great. DC. Khademi was very professional and respectful. Today he called me with results he answered every question I had and explained everything. Highly recommend!!

Please, please take these reviews seriously. Upon first appointment do NOT expect Dr. Khademi to listen to your symptoms or medical history. He was completely uninterested in hearing me out. It was a 6 minute appointment. I left with NO questions answered and directions at the front to schedule a endoscopy/colonoscopy. The endoscopy solidified that I will NEVER go back to this man for care. I left with google search handouts from the nurse on gastritis and GERD and absolutely NOTHING else. I can only assume these are my diagnoses at this point. Believe it or not, things got much worse. He is unwilling to make an appointment to follow up until my colonoscopy which is a MONTH out as to review both at once. I am stuck in the meantime incredibly malnourished and having to look for a different doctor who will at least hear me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt twice. He is ONLY in this for money. He does not care about you or want to help you. The situation is truly despicable.

Dr. Khademi is BAD NEWS! DO NOT go to him! He must have gotten his medical license out of a cracker jack box! He was rude, unprofessional, no bed side manner whatsoever, would not answer my question, unless I made a "separate" appointment. He told me that I'm just here to remove your hemorrhoids. He said, and I quote, "If you want me to answer your question, you have to make a separate appointment for that". Are you kidding me? He DOES NOT care about his patients wellbeing. This guy is a joke!

He never explained the procedures he wanted me to have done, has no bedside manner. He was very blunt and didn't spend enough time with me. I had to look up the procedures online. His office staff have no idea how to run his office. I asked questions and they didn't listen to anything I said. When I complained about it, I was blown off.
