Dr. Santillan is truly a very compassionate, and caring oncologist who listens intently and makes you feel like family.

Dr Santillan cares about his patients. He takes time and listens to what is wrong. He does not rush into a procedure unless it is time for it. He is also so friendly and his smile is so welcomed.

What most stood out for me was Dr Santillan’s accessibility post surgery. He responded to my texts almost immediately when I had questions or concerns. During my most recent visit he was attentive and respectful.

The initial appointment and surgery was as expected. Dr. Santillan is very detailed and kind to everyone. He made me fully understand why and what needed to be done.

Maybe he's empathic and caring with others, not with me. Maybe people wait 10-15 minutes, not me, I waited almost 2 hours to see him for 10 minutes.The place is very crowded, people standing waiting for their turn; no respect for cancer-stricken patients.

Dr. Alfredo Santillán has always treated me with respect and compassion. I have a great deal of trust in his knowledge and experience, based on his treatment decisions, skill , and advice.

My questions are always answered with compassion and understanding. I am blessed to have chosen Doctor Alfredo Santillan as my surgeon. When I mention his name in the medical world, he is the doctor of choice for everyone.

Dr Santillan was personable and reassuring before and during appt after surgery. I guess I would have liked a little more information on date of surgery given to my family member or to myself when I was alert.

Dr. Santillán is always so empathetic to my physical and emotional wellbeing and I appreciate how he makes himself available to me at any time.

Needs to work on communication skills. Needs to listen more and answer questions without being in a rush.

Dr Santillan is caring, kind and extremely informative of everything he did. Very professional as well as being very personable. I was in the best care! My anesthesiologist was also excellent..best care ever! Thank you to Dr Santillan and Dr Kura along with the wonderful nurses.

From the very first interaction Dr. Santillan was amazing! He is above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Although I had questions about my risk status he was straight forward and pointed. His NP did explain further as she walked me out but I do appreciate the kindness of the clinic and Dr. Santillan as it is a stressful topic considering my family history.

I have had parathyroid issues for years as well as severe bone loss from this condition. I need surgery and want only the finest most reliable surgeon to operate on me. I asked my ICU nurse daughter to ask the doctors at her hospital to recommend the best doctor. Dr. Alfredo Santillan was the very best, they said. Indeed he is very thorough, experienced and kind. My surgery is scheduled for next month so I'll have to update this after that.The negative part is the very long wait past your appointment time.
