Dr. Neuhoff was my primary physician for many years before he transferred to the Aspirus Urgent Care unit. If he ever returns to Family Practice, I will be the first to change providers back to Dr. Neuhoff. He is caring, thorough and recommended a test for me to determine the amount of calcium in my arteries because I had a difficult time tolerating medication for high cholesterol. I have always trusted his sound advice.

Very attentive to what I had to say, listened and was receptive to my concerns. Explained what he was going to do and why. Some might find him to be overly dry but I found him to be very interested in solving my illness.

I have had several interactions with this doctor, none of which have been positive. The first being going in to walk in because I couldn't breathe, talk without coughing etc. I have been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, so when I get to this point I can tell I'm sick. I went in and was told nothing was wrong, to call if I didn't get better and they would get me meds. I did call and I was told they didnt have enough info to know what was wrong to come in. I went to ministry and had pneumonia.

Dr. Neuhoff is very soft spoken, but at the same time he was very polite when he walked in and when he was giving me a diagnosis. Although he mumbles and such I feel he still gave me a very educated diagnosis based on how tricky my symptoms were.

He is very soft spoken, and he mumbles, so he's very hard to understand. He gives very little information regarding any diagnosis, prognosis, or symptoms, and actually comes across and unknowledgeable (which I'm sure isn't the case). I have left his office on multiple occasions feeling like it was a waste of time. I have been disappointed first-hand as a patient, and also after taking my kids into the walk in clinic in which he was the doctor on duty.

If I could give this guy 0 stars, I would, he made me feel awful for being in pain after my c-section and accused me of being addicted to pain killers a week after my surgery. He was incredibly disrespectful.
