Unprofessional conduct
Both myself and my wife were sent to Dr. Ryskin. I Even though our medical records were available, they were not used. When my wife was about to receive a prescription for a small amount of medication, a series of questions were asked about sharing with others or selling them on the street were asked. When My wife said she had never and would never do such things, Dr. Ryskin took exception to being interrupted and WALKED OUT on bot my wife and myself. He should not be allowed to practice medicine If he is unable to deal with patients in extreme pain.

Seattle Pain Federal Way
I have been a patient for over a year at this location. Dr R and staff have treated me kindly and with respect. Pain management in Washington state is incredibly difficult but they have always been on my side. They see a high rate of patients so it can be difficult if you need to change your appointment time but that should also tell you that they do a good job or they would have lots of openings. Dr R will give you lots of treatment options and wants patients to be proactive in their care plan. I would and have recommended this place to family and friends.

This practice and Dr. Ryskin have helped so much in getting my life back. I still struggle, but I'm far more capable to care for my family and household. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and continued efforts in helping me through my back, ulcerative colitis, and other joint pain. I may have a long road ahead, but I'm glad to them on my side.

I was referred to Alexey Ryskin MD through Tri West (through the VA). He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. (All staff are GREAT). I had the 2 injections, required, to determine what he recommended was actually going to work. Once it was determined that the spot needing treating was the correct location, then I went through the block for my back. I had the block done about 4 weeks ago, went in today for my f/u, and to date, I've had so much LESS pain than I had

Do not trust this doctor! Everything started well but I never received any beneficial treatment and always felt that the dr was cold and uncaring after the initial consult. I took every test, did the procedures they requested, and dealt with their constant changing of medications and rapid tapering. The result is me having no pain control and now am in heart failure due to damages caused by uncontrolled pain. FYI...they have convinced others to remove their negative reviews. DONT TRUST THEM!

Great Dr. as he genuinely takes the time to listen to his patients with compassion. he is also concerned with your overall pick picture as a patient. He is not quick to just hand over prescription.

I had severe pain from sciatica that I had been trying to relieve for two years prior to seeing Dr. Ryskin. After examining me and my mri films he told me an epidural injection could give me relief for 1-2 yrs. I had the procedure under waking sedation with no pain. That shot worked for 2yrs. and then I got the shot again and it's still working a year later. Dr. Ryskin and his whole office is very caring and friendly. I highly recommend this office for pain management.

This is the best pain Dr. I have been to. The office is clean the staff is friendly, but most of all the Dr Ryskin knows what he is doing. I haven't felt this good since I was in my 20's. I tell everyone I know this is the Dr to see!

Dr. Ryskin, has been able to get me off of several medications that had been prescribed by a previous Dr. My pain level has dramitcally decreased with Dr. Ryskin's treatments. He has been doing research on the best treatment methods for my nerve condition, something other pain management doctors would not do; they stayed with old ideas and training. Dr. Ryskin is up to date with the newest methods. The entire staff has been great, but special thanks to Maria and Casey in the front office.

Dr Ryskin is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I was seen by this doctor only once but it was the most uncomfortable, degrading and insulting visit I have ever had with any doctor. Dr Ryskin was asked by a trusted doctor of mine to fill in while my doctor was away and when I respectfully objected to him changing my tx plan w/o consulting my primary/regular doctor he became offended and said he took insult to my request as it implied he was not a competent doctor. His behavior proved this.

After several injections with Dr Ryskin I feel reborn. Between these and a new back brace for when I am active--I can enjoy activities that just weren't possible before. The Doctor and his staff are lovely and the injections no worse than getting novacaine in a dentist office. My blood pressure dropped 20 points! Those of us with chronic pain just don't realize how much energy this drains. I recommend this clinic without hesitation.

Dr. Ryskin is a life saver! I couldn't imagine living with the pain after doctors & specialists said I would have to live with the pain and with my condition it would only get worse. All they did was give me pain killers that did nothing for the pain but made me unable to function. Isn't a doctor's job is to help? Dr. Ryskin truly cares and explained what he could do. I am almost pain free and can imagine living again. He is the best and I thank God I found him! Don't give up he can help.

When I moved to Washington I made an appointment at this office. I received an appointment very quickly. The staff have always been very nice and courteous. The nurse practitioners are concerned with my care and how well I am doing. When I have seen Dr. Ryskin, he has always been very nice, easy to talk to and informative about my care. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I called for a carpal tunnel inject .I was taken in and Dr. Ryskin injected. I was then told go to the waiting room. I am waiting for double knee surgery and my prescription was 2 week past the refill date, I naturally assumed I was waiting for a new prescription. I went to the from desk 45 minutes and was told I had a 4pm appt. I said this was not true. I was left waiting 2.5 hours in a room full of junkies, made to resign-in and have get bp and handed a Rx. This is double billing I am med ins..

Dr Ryskin has been a godsend. I have 3 pain issues. Not surprising, considering I have had 41 surgeries. It is difficult to manage my issues when dealing with multiple doctors in various disciplines. Dr Ryskin brings all the problems under one roof. Dr Ryskin is receptive to patient input, which I appreciate. His work with my migraines has been different and effective. We continue to do a very good job staying on top of my pain issues.
