Inexperience
The advice, or lack of advice from Dr. Kelada indicated to me she lacked experience in providing the medical care I was looking for in a primary care doctor. I went to Dr. Kelada after my primary care doctor retired, and an example of her lack of experience showed when I was prescribed a medication that interacted with a maintenance med I was on. After I brought it to her attention she said it would just cause fatigue. SMH. When my pharmacy requested a refill on a med, she didn't respond so when I went in for another appointment a week later I mentioned that she didn't reapond to my pharmacy, she said she would just send a refill request for all my prescriptions - some I was no longer taking. I changed doctors after that visit.

Horrendous Treatment and Left Without Medication
Because Dr. Kelada refused to comply with my pharmacy's request to confirm my medication dose, I am now out of medication and have the additional stress of finding a new doctor. They dragged this script renewal out for two weeks, wasting countless hours of my time spent on the phone with the doctor's office and the pharmacy back-and-forth. She never once attempted to contact me personally to discuss her refusal to contact the pharmacy. She sent the script to them TWICE yet for some odd reason refused to call to confirm the dose. Now she has told them not to fill it at all, for no apparent reason. She has left me high and dry, in a lurch with no medication, and no doctor to get the script somewhere else. Unconscionable patient treatment and lack of empathy in service. Would never go back nor recommend anyone ever use this clinic.

Dr. Kelada LISTENS to you, she does NOT try and put a band-aid on anything, she refers you to specialists when necessary and she handles your issues. She ROCKS

Initially seems attentive and helpful. Listened but insists on medications that are NOT necessary or beneficial. Told me to sign up for medicare so other treatments can be charged that insurance won't pay for. There was no discussion or acceptance of the treatment she referred to. Told me I need heart surgery based on a test. Cardiologist is in shock that she said this. Told me the improvements in my dexa-scan "appear to be improvements but are arthritis". I've been taking supplements that are not conventional to rebuild bone mass. No knowledge or understanding of statins from the cardiologists' viewpoint and she showed outrage that I refused to take them.
