Dr. Alexandra Grob, DO

I saw her few years ago and I was very impressed with care. She is awesome. Very nice, very knowledgeable and kind.

Did not introduce herself, seemed to just going thru the motions, was in a hurry.

Professionalism at its best. Treated with care.

The front desk was the most kind but after that I felt like I was just someone they wanted to quickly be done with. I was taken back to the room and asked a few questions when I said I’d never done a skin checkup before. After the nurse left, I sat and waiting for a while with no updates. Once the Dr. arrived, everything felt rushed. Even though I explained I had never had a skin checkup before, nothing was truly explained to me. Just the simple wear at least 30 and get an annual checkup. Overall very dissatisfied because going to the doctors is intimidating. Especially with this being a new visit.

Dr. Grob and her staff made the visit pleasant and as enjoyable as possible, they were polite, very professional, and efficient. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable considering treating years of sun exposure is not always fun. I will definitely return and will recommend her practice to any friends, family, or acquaintances looking for a Dermatologist.

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Team are a very friendly and kind hearted staff. Much like family. They staff and Dr. Grob give the patient the respect resources as well as care desiring of them with quality care and treatment. Highly recommend this practice. The front office staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately the visit went downhill from there. I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment and was finally taken back by a nurse/tech and was then told they could only address 2 of my 3 concerns (even though I had stated all 3 when scheduling) and I would have to schedule another appointment for the 3rd because they didn’t schedule enough time. So I chose 2 of the 3 issues and when Dr. Grob came in she didn’t even look at my skin. She just asked me a few questions and then decided to prescribe me a pill for the 1st issue. I had several follow-up questions and again no checking of my skin. Then she asked about my 2nd issue and I showed her the impacted area. She glanced at it then prescribed a cream. I could tell she was just ready to move on to the next patient even though she had only been in the room with me for about 5 minutes. Her actions made me feel like I was wasting her time. I will definitely not be returning.

Exam took like 2 minutes including an injection that has previously been injected that the previous dr said he would remove. I feel she did not look at My history. I’ve had pre cancerous removal previously. I just felt like a dollar on a production line. Didn’t even provide a bandaid for the bleeding injection site. She asked me if I had any spots of concern during this process I can’t see everything, I’m not trained in this and she’s the dr. She didn’t even look at every part of my body. Definitely no conversation and rushed.

Dr. Grob was very friendly. She explained everything she was doing in a language I could understand. She answered all my questions

Went in to have a small growth removed from my leg. Dr Grob decided to look me over more carefully and found a pre cancerous growth in my scalp and removed that also. I’m so glad I stopped in and also set an appointment for a full examination.

Dr Grob was extremely pleasant and friendly, as well as immediately understanding my skin condition. She prescribed the best medication for me.

As first timers, my husband and I needed more explanation about what exam is looking for or not. I have a spot similar to the ones sprayed by Dr. Grob on the inside of left lower leg just below the knee. My husband has a very noticeable large blackhead in the middle of his chest. That didn’t seem to be noticed in the exam. We are not familiar with the meaning of these kind of things.

Very kind and very professional

My appointment was created to perform a skin check up. I waited at most 10 minutes although the waiting room was 1/2 full. The staff explained each step of the process and it took maybe 20 minutes total. It was a pleasant experience!

Dr. Grob is always friendly, concerned and professional.

As I have spent a goodly amount of time outdoors under the Sun sans adequate protection in my 80+ years I need careful examinations to track down the UV damage. Dr. Grob did a fine job in finding and in treating my problem spots.

Dr Grobdid a careful checkup and took time to answer my questions. She found precancerous tissue and resolved the issue immediately during the same visit.

A very through doctor. Explained everything in layman terms. In addition, I think she is very good doctor with personality and looks.

Dr Alexandra took the time to really understand my problem and provided a good path moving forward
