Dr. Alexandra Gonzalez-Fuentes, MD

I called to schedule a referral appointment for my daughter and was met with blatant sarcasm, arrogance, and zero professionalism from a staff member named Sophia. She chewed gum or food while speaking and repeatedly mocked the referral process. After 5 minutes of dismissiveness and patronizing comments—including 'Riiiight, not our job to contact you'—it was clear this office has no respect for patients. I later saw dozens of reviews reflecting the same rude behavior spanning years. Sadly, I never got past the front desk to experience the doctor’s care. If the staff is this unprofessional, it raises serious concerns about the overall practice. No patient—or parent—should have to fight through incompetence and arrogance just to schedule care.

She is one of the most patient, caring doctors I have ever seen. She is thorough, explains things well and repeats if I am confused. The appointment is always on time or early which rarely happens in any Drs. office. Technicians are not as warm or caring, but I can accept that. Dr, Gonzalez is wonderful and led me properly with a diagnosis and to understanding my hip needed a joint replacement.

She's one of the best and caring doctor that I went to. Staff we're friendly and assistive as well.

Dr. changes her story about what medications to take and dosages. Dr. lied to me 3 times and I have a witness. Very scary to deal with. Don't be more than 15 min. late to appointment or they will reschedule you. Receptionist is very rude.

A life saver! She takes her time and treats you like a real person. I spent years looking for a solution, and she found it!

Extremely caring doctors and nurses. I would be in real trouble without them to help. And they are all so pretty!

This practice is excellent! The doctor, PA and staff are truly caring and knowledgeable. They take their time to listen, return calls and call in prescriptions promptly! Every doctor/practice should be like this one. I recommend them to everyone that asks.

I agree with the other comment that the staff is somewhat rude. It is not a friendly doctors office and the doctor is not that friendly either. I am currently trusting that she knows what she is doing with me but she doesn't seem to be one who respects her patient's own intellect (and sometimes we are smarter than our doctors). Also, do check about the lab work, especially if you normally use Quest or another one.

BEWARE: They have terrible customer service and the staff is very rude.I had an issue while having my labs drawn. I had to listen to a staff member calling other patients to give them their results of their tests.You could hear names and their results. I tried to reach Dr. Gonzalez multiple times to inform her of this and she never bothered to call me back. Also,be aware of who your in network lab is because they DO NOT confirm with the insurance when they verify ins. LABCORP is used in office
