I have been going to Dr. Sudarshan for several years and he is caring, concerned with your eye health and a plus, he is funny, tells me jokes and makes you feel at ease. I will always go to him for my eye health.

Made my appointment on time Young lady took me in and proceeded to do tests on my eyes Didn’t like the dilation part but part of procedure Doctor Sudashan finally saw me and explained that I was not at a point where I would need Cataract surgery which made me happy He explained that because of my age it was normal for me to feel like that Good man honest and respectful value his experience

I had a terrible experience at The Eye Experts. I went in as an emergency walk-in with a scratched, irritated eye. Instead of letting me see the ophthalmologist immediately, the technician insisted on performing an unnecessary eye refraction, even after I told him I couldn’t see anything. It wasn’t until Dr. Sudarshan arrived that I received a proper diagnosis and a prescription for my corneal abrasion.To make matters worse, the receptionist promised I’d receive a credit for the refraction on my follow-up visit, but the staff refused to honor it and insisted on charging me again. When I questioned this, the office manager, Gaby, rudely dismissed me and told me to leave.While Dr. Sudarshan was professional, the staff’s incompetence and poor customer service ruined the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone until these serious issues are addressed.

I was seen shortly after my appoint time. After a very through evaluation I was introduced to Dr. Sudarshan who performed an examination, evaluated my condition and presented me with a corse of action. I chose to proceed with his recommendation and arrangements were made to undergo the procedure in a timely manner.

Dr. Sudarshan treats you and your eyes the way you would want an eye Dr to do. He listens to you, interacts with you, is gentle and explains everything quite well. I would reccomend him to anyone with this condition needing treatment. His staff at the Weslaco office is very helpful and kind. They keep his appointments pretty much right on time.
