Worst Trans Affirming surgeon SoCal
BEWARE !!! I was referred to this surgeon through my insurance and sincerely deeply regret it. Don’t be fooled, he looks great on paper and I was so excited when I was first referred to him. I had a previous review but wanted to update it as more has unfolded. I’ve had two breast augmentations with Alexander Sinclair, my first and a revision. He wanted to try to revise them again with two more surgeries. One to remove them for a year and then another breast augmentation after a year of having no implants. After the initial 2 very poor breast aug experiences I was absolutely traumatized and terrified of this man. Compassionate is not a word I’d ever think of to describe Alexander as he would belittle my experiences and gaslight me. Horrible bedside manner. If you’re lucky he will get it right the first time , if he doesn’t GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do not let him try to revise as he is awful at revisions. At this point I searched for another surgeon however , I cannot obtain pre op photos of m

Impossible to get ahold of
His office will not answer you or return your calls. This doctor is virtually impossible to contact and after trying and trying and trying to get ahold of someone with no return calls it’s safe to say his office is unprofessional!

Pain... what Pain?
I had breast augmentation 4 days ago by Dr. Sinclair. Like most people I was concerned about post operative pain and discomfort. I read about what I might be able to do to reduce any discomfort as well as consulted with Dr. Sinclair.I read that the amount of pain can be dependent on the skill of the surgeon. In my case I went up in breast size significantly so I was expecting pain. SUPRISE! Other than some minor discomfort there was no substantial pain at all!!!!!Dr Sinclair is amazing! From his witty sense of humor during my first consult to the post operative process it has been a wonderful.Rachal Avina

As happy as possible with my results.
For reference I had a Lip Lift, Chin contour and implant, as well as a Breast Augmentation. Dr. Alexander Sinclair is one of the kindest most attentive surgeons I have ever met. I chose him specifically because of how much work he does for the trans community and I am so happy with my process and surgery. He listened to everything I had to say and took his time answering all my questions. I recommend him to anyone looking for an intelligent & meticulous surgeon. Anita is also AMAZING, can't tell you how much I adore her and my doctor both. Something to keep in mind while I was reading other reviews. It's important to have good chemistry and communication with your surgeon. I feel like both were always a priority with Dr. Sinclair so all I have to say are good things, everyone's experience is different.

Bone missed in my nose job
MR. Alexander Sinclair is actually a good DR. that listens to your needs BUT wont correct it if HE messed up. unless you pay again for anesthesia $5000, is almost another nose job!!! he knew he missed a 2 centimeters bone piece on my upper side of nose job and all he did for a year was just add fillers to "make it look even". It is very depressing see my nose and have an incomplete job. When I met with Sinclair to talk about fixing his error he came to a conclusion that -he will need to charge again anesthesia that will cost me $5000. WOW!!! (WHEN IS HIS MISTAKE) plus while calling to get a correction or second review I NEVER RECEIVED CALL BACKS FROM ANA as she will PROMISED TO. I been waiting for long time for DR. to take responsibility for my bad procedures -Also The chin implant he did is flat cut from one end that feels lift instead of bending with jaw bone... I really didn't want to write this review since I feel appreciated from them but they don't care to fix the problem.

Went to this Dr for Rhinoplasty. The problem was the lower half on my nose. He had weeks to let me know that nothing could be done with the lower half of my nose, but instead he waited until the day of surgery to tell me this. In order to justify being paid, he did some work anyway and I was oblivious to what was going on. He completely shaved off a good portion of the bridge of my nose (which was perfect) and I awoke to a nightmare. I have lived with a botched nose job for over a decade, but finally found help through another OC Dr. who was able to give me a quick fix (liquid rhinoplasty) and I am now preparing for a reconstruction (20K).

I have had surgery with Dr Sinclair. !st let me say Dr Sinclair is hands down the best int he business, from the moment I met him I knew he was my Dr. I had a nose job brow and orbital reduction, cheek implants, jaw recontouring and he added a little something special to my chin. This man has an eye for what your face needs and he is one that I trust with my life, in a lot of ways I did and couldn't be more pleased. I will forever be grateful the what he has done to change my life, I wish I could give you 10 stars. I can continue rave about him in this review but I would rather you meet him and see for yourself. Thank you again Dr Sinclair for everything you have made my life worth living.

I just want to thank Dr. Alexander Sinclair for his wonderful expertise in what he does for us girls in transition . He’s a wonderful man with compassion for the transgender community . And knows how important it is For us to get where we need to be to find that sense of complete happiness. “ Meaning mind body and soul” . He did my sexual reassignment surgery and I must say everything went fabulous with no complications at all he really knows his stuff he has done a lot of these surgeries . And I totally recommend him. I had my surgery December 2019 No major complications at all. I want to thank Michelle she’s a sweetheart and see her as a great friend . That fought the insurance company every step of the way to get my Surgery approval approved . We fought long and hard for six months me and her . but we got it done , without Michelle I wouldn’t have gotten my surgery. Michelle has a great heart for us girls and will work hard beside you and never let you down and fight every step o

By far one of the best surgeon's in the world! On December 3rd I had my life changing gender confirmation surgery with Dr Alexander Sinclair. I am a male to female transgender and could not be more happier with the results. I had zero complications, no infections and my new female anatomy is absolutely beautiful. Dr Sinclair and his staff Anita and Claire are some of the most compassionate and understanding people and are out of this world. I wish i could give them 10 stars.

This doctor is terrible. I had him do my facial feminization surgery. What a mistake, I had to have all of his incomplete work completely re-done and to make matters worst he cut my lower lip somehow. He left a bump on my forehead between my eyes just above my nose. He did next to nothing on my nose ever though I asked him to shorten it. He did nothing to my jaws which I paid to have shaved. I was forced to have all of his work redone by the Facial Team in Spain. I found out latter, after he did

Dear readers, this year 2016. Dr Alex Sinclair has performed a SRS (MTF) without any complications. I now have a perfectly formed virginal. a few weeks after that he redid my breast augmentation done by a local surgeon that totally messed it up. I now have perfect breasts. Last week he did lip augmentation for me. and you guessed it, they are perfect. Note to all who read this, I am 71 years old and due to his skills and caring I have had very little pain and no infections or other problems.
