Making the appointment was simple. The office manager returned my call very quickly even in these days of Covid remote working. Dr. Shpaner answered all my questions easily and we worked out a way forward for scheduling the colonoscopy. The procedure was completed as scheduled and the follow-up took place as scheduled.

Enjoyed our first visit. Dr. Shpaner was personable, interested, and gave great explanations and tips for my upcoming procedure. "Bedside manner" was so much better than many other doctors!

Went for bleeding in stool, scheduled colonoscopy within a week after consult. Found polyps and diverticulosis. You express your concerns and/or questions, he listens and responds accordingly. Excellent and to the point. Great bedside manner. NO hesitation refering Dr. Shpaner to family/friends. In fact, I already did. BTW, had been playing phone tag with previous recommended Dr. since Jan 2. When I finally got through, soonest for consult was 3/8. Who knows how long for follow-up procedure.
